We don't have a regular IT person, and there were a number of "snags" that needed to be sorted out.  Ken & his team addressed all of the issues, and made recommendations for upgrades that would alleviate the same problems cropping up again.  We were provided with multiple options, and Ken was really good at explaining (in non-techy terms) the pro's and con's of each option.  Once we made our decision, turn around time was very quick.  After installation, we realized that one of our programs (ancient, but one I could NOT live without) could not be supported by the new equipment/software.  Ken & his team found a way around this roadblock (not sure how, so I won't even try to explain).  We could not be more pleased.  Bottom line: these guys know their stuff.  Response time is quick, rates are reasonable, communication is excellent.  Highly, highly recommend!
